Mardi Gras King Cake

To celebrate Mardi Gras, we took this classic New Orleans staple and created our own twist with our house made brioche recipe. Tradition goes, if you get the slice with the plastic baby - you're the king (or queen!) of Mardi Gras and you'll need to host the next party :)
